Conflict is well-documented in the Bible; Matthew 18:15-22 even outlines a detailed resolution process. Jesus knew that churches were human places that would inevitably experience emotional discontent and conflict, sometimes intensely. Join us as we discover the positive potential of conflict and healthy ways to engage in hearing a wider variety of voices, options, and creative ideas. We will learn about topics such as the need for disequilibrium, the power of the language we use, and how to develop a practice of collaboration with time for practice and role playing.
