Frederick Deusinger was a member of Sanford Heights Presbyterian Church from 1944. He served as Deacon, Elder, Trustee, and Treasurer from 1950. He was involved in Mission and Evangelism, Adult Fellowship, Bible Studies, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and all activities of the Church. He was the commissioner for the Presbytery Meetings. He also assisted with and coordinated the Irvington Food Pantry.

Mr. Deusinger was a bridge builder; he tutored mathematics to the children from the church and Vailsburg School. A celebration of his life, December 30, 1920 to February 28, 2010 will take place at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Avenue, Union, NJ.

Visitation is Friday, March 12, 2010 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Home going service will take place at the funeral home Saturday, March 13th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ.
